SysDrives Engineering GmbH was founded to support companies in demanding technical development projects in a targeted and flexible way. Founder and Managing Director Christian Mathews has more than 12 years of experience in the development of active front steering and steer-by-wire systems. This experience combines technical system understanding, hands-on implementation expertise and project leadership in demanding automotive development environments.

I am a senior development engineer with 12+ years experience in active front steering and steer-by-wire systems. Over the course of my career, I have led multiple projects in developing and refining these cutting-edge technologies as well as designing and testing prototypes.
I am trained and certified in various development methods and automotive standards.
